Going for blood work, need help

So I have an appointment made for a physical and bloodwork. I have three cycles behind me and will be starting a cycle of Test/Tren/EQ/Winny this spring so I want to make sure everything is still in check. What do I need (if anything) to ask him to check as far as bloodwork. The nurse said they would check for cholesterol, blood sugar etc.....

You'll have to ask aspecifically for test levels IGF-Level etc..Theres probably more you may want them to check but consider this a free bump for the guys here that know a little bit more about this
