Whats up Bros?!
I'm gonna be going away Sunday for a month to teach at a basketball camp. I got one huge problem though: When I'm there I don't have access to a gym. I know it sounds stupid not to have a gym at a basketball camp. It's just that the only time the gym is open, also happens to be the times that I am working! SUCKS!
I'm gonna try and get the keys to the gym and work out by myself, but I don't know if they'll let me. I'll fucking workout from midnight-2 a.m. I don't give a shit!
Can anyone suggest any workouts that don't involve a gym?? Not the obvious ones, crunches, push up, etc... I'm gonna do those like crazy anyways. I need some good advice here!
I have a 30 pound dumbell, a 10 pound dumbell, one of those forearm doo hickies, and an ab roller. I can find somewhere to do pull ups. That's about all I'll have access to!
Has anyone ever been in this situation before??
