I just started cycling not too long ago and my first was basically a learning curve because my source isnt all that knowledgable so most of what i know i learned off trolling these forums, I just started posting though.
The biggest thing i learned is DIET !!! Without having your diet on point and being dedicated to following a great diet, forget AAS alltogether.
my second cycle i used hcg throughout and i think that really helped me prevent shutdown and recover faster.
Dont stay on real long cycles like ive seen people do also, because it is super tempting.
dont rush it either make sure you have everything you need incase you experience sides
go easy and learn how your body reacts to certain things.
start off with something like a test and dbol cycle because with your first cycle you dont need anything crazy to get good gains
have a great pct planned also
