As long as they kept his trademark yell, I'm in. Similar to the sentiments I have with Man of Steel and Superman with Christopher Reeves - Godzilla was something I remember laying around on a weekend as a kid and watching with my dad. Godzilla vs Metagodzilla, Godzilla vs Mothra, Godzilla vs The Smog Monster, all classics.

The dude directing the movie is a huge fanboy himself. I don't think there is anything to worry about. Looks absolutely bad ass
