Goddamn diet, can't find one!!!

I'm looking for a diet to follow that will allow me to lose BF but retain my muscle mass and still gain LBM. Can't find one that'll fit me anywhere. I'm 6' 250lbs 15%BF. Want to lose fat WITHOUT losing muscle. Please post sites or any other good info so that I can get my diet in line. Thanks!

You want a diet that helps you to lose fat and gain muscle? Don't we all, but that's not the way it works- you need to pick what you want to do- gain muscle or lose fat?.... Sounds like losing fat while maintaining muscle is most important to you though. So try a high protein, low carb, low fat diet... for specifics go to the diet board.
 
In order to achieve your goals I think you need a diet with moderate protien, moderate carbs, and low saturated fat. Your diet must also be high in winny tabs, accompanied by frequent tren injections and bi-weekly testosterone injections.

Seriously bro...don't overdo it with protein, most of it just gets burned as fuel...and protein is an inefficient fuel. It produced alot of excess nitrogen which must be eliminated via the urine causing high water loss and dehydration. So I wouldn't go over 1.5-2 grams per kilogram of body weight in any event. Also make sure you're getting your mono- and poly-unsaturated fats...don't try to cut out fats completely. Keep the carbs as sugar free as possible...and you should be ok.

Like the chief said...it's really not easy (if even possible) to cut fat and increase LBM. I think you should concentrate more on percentages than anything. Try gaining LBM without gaining too much fat with respect to the LBM gains. Or the other way around. You really can't do both, especially if you're natural.
 
bulldog, thanks bro. No natty here bro....on 1gm of test/wk and 900mgs Eq/wk, it's been 5.5wks and haven't seen much in gains, strength is up a little, but not what I expected....been cycling for 3yrs, so I have alot of cycyles under the ole' belt. Where can I find a diet like that, moderate protein/moderat carbs/low sat. fat? I'm not one to take in alot of protein anyway, so that's not a problem for me. I need a diet that will work for my size and be able to gain LBM...thanks bro.

Have you looked at the diet board?
 
what do you guys think of the zig zag diet? you eat more cals 3-4 days and less cals for the remainder of the week in order to lose fat and build lean body mass. has anyone tried it before?
 
Like Lift Chief said it is difficult to lose bodyfar and gain lean mass at the same time. I know there are cutting drugs that will help with that, but that should only be an adjunct. You should try carb cycling. When I cycled carbs I got lean much faster than I did when I was just having a cheat day once a week. I ran atleast one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. In terms of carbs I did 3 days of 150 gm's and on the fourth day I went up to 400. It worked well for me. You weigh about 40 pounds more than I did when I started the diet so you should probably up the carbs a little accordingly. I kept fat around 40-50 a day (healthy fats). Hope that helped!
