Well aside from the bread at night before bed (It's just something I'm personally against, not saying it's bad for you) I think your diet looks pretty damn sharp. I dunno if I could stomach 8 cans of tuna a day though LOL Good luck!

Sounds like enuff food for someone that weighs 600lbs.

12 pancakes, NLarge and 8 Eggs for B'fast? Can you say, "A Bit Much"?

Unless the tuna comes in different sizes in your country, then 2 cans at a time will do just fine(60g protein). Take the N-Large out of breakfast and place it between lunch and "tea". that cuts 6 cans of tuna a day, and your breakfast will still be PLENTY w/ out the n large. How much do you weigh man?

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!! Dude....how do you get it all down???? By the time i was done eating your breakfast i'd be right at the next meal! You must be one big MOFO!:p

This has to be a joke.....or we are dealing with the stay-puff marshmallow man.....how much do you weigh? I eat a ton, but that is unbelievable! To compliment you though, the contents of the diet sounds great......for 2 or 3 people.......-WULF

I don't think I've ever heard of anyone actually eating 'porridge'...

What is porridge by the way???

now thats fucking funny bro.................... I cant stop laughing.... oh and BTW I agree w/u

that's way overkill bro, I'd try to eat more meals with less at one sitting. Too much protein/carbs and fat for one sitting, I'd say your storing alot of it as fat.

honestly I don't know why everyone is bugging out it is a good Bulking diet. which I am guessing it is. I also guess he is in the range of 240-260 which would make it a great diet on AS if he is working out hard and does stuff during the day. one of my favorite quotes "if you want to be big you have to eat big"

just to let you know, you should be careful eating that much tuna, if it comes in a can you could run the risk of getting mercury poisoning. fish is bad for it. 4 cans a day is enough, i personally think you are eating too much too. bulking is one thing but overeating is another, have you figured out how much calories you are getting on this "diet"?

If I ate that many carbs I would be a fat MF'er

you must weigh about 600 lbs and take 400lb shits....or is that kg is the UK...

Actually that is not true.

First of all tuna is not in the top four or five of fish that accumulate mercury. Fish like swordfish and mackerel are the ones you really have to watch out for.

Second of all the tuna that are caught and canned tend to be immature. Immature=haven't lived as long=haven't accumulated much mercury in their tissues.

Tuna remains a very healthy, safe way of getting high quality protein!

I don't know, man. 8 cans a day may be an issue.
