is it because you didnt do something 3 months ago that made her think of something you didnt do last christmas that made her mad about the jeans you wore on your first official date that her friend said were the pants you wear when you know youre going to get ass which reminded her that the garbage wasnt taken out last week which is really offensive to her father?

i used to be successful in having the rest of the day quiet after listening to the insanity but the "golden era" has died and ushered in a new dynasty. i call it the "follow you everywhere and poke and prod till you lose your shit and break something moderately expensive era".

needless to say things can only go up from here.

try to move to an area with few breakables. i often go after the cat toys but i'll be damned those fuckers have a way of flying out of my hand and hitting a picture, lamp, vase, television, computer screen, plate, microwave window, tv controller, etc.

here is a tip for the long term...when she makes you go food shopping with her - go back in forth across aisles aimlessly getting the goods...this will drive her nuts and you will never be allowed again to shop with her. Works like a charm.

I am one of THE COOLEST broads on the planet. And I do NOT give my husband shit about *little things*. If I am giving shit there is a damned good reason. Being the excellent hubby my hubby is, his usual answer when I have a hair stuck up my ass is, "Yes dear." and life goes on real happy-like.

When I am angry to the point where I might say something I will regret, I am done talking. I am going to bed, cya in the morning and we will revisit this when we BOTH have a different perspective... took my husband near a year to learn NOT TO follow me around.

clothes shopping is a completely different animal than food shopping. i control the food shopping yet i am owned at the mall. what i do is say, you have 2 hours than we are leaving. this way, 4 hours later i get my way. works like a charm.
