Day three of carb loading. high carbs, low water intake. Its tough, no doubt. But damn im gonna bing on sunday after my photo shoot..iiiha :) can you say ice cream..havent had that shit since 1998 :)
 
Dude - if you cut water it is impossible to carb load properly....FACT

Reducing water while carb loading is insane because each gram of carbs will pull 4 grams of water into the nuscle with it....tru
st me - you will look your best the day after you wanted to peak if you follow that.
 
Stig - take the number of carbs you are loading and mliplt by four.

500 grams times 4-6 = 2000-3000...that is how many ml's of fluid you can take in to cover the baselevel for the carb laoding w/o risking a big spillover....so half to 3/4 a gallon
 
ok lets see, im doing 430g for my carb loading thats

430 x 4 = 1720
430 x 6 = 2580

between 1720 and 2586 ml a day. well i usually drink around 6-8 liters of water plus around 2 liters of skin milk. so lets say i get 8 liters of fluid a day, thats 8000 ml, divide that by two (wich is what im basically doing now) and i have 4000...and im still drinking to much. heh, shit is weird i tell ya...i feel it would be easier to become a brain surgon.
