I'm thinking of an HIIT am cardio session for 35 minutes, going home eating, and coming back for a dead lift and arm workout............then FEASTING all day long!
 
HIIT in the AM? I wouldn't do it. Eat a bit of something beforehand - that'd be like going into a leg day without nourishment. Nah-uh.

But the rest sounds awesome. Especially the FEASTING.
 
You are right Tom.......Maybe some fasted elliptical at about 75% of max sustained for 35 minutes............then eat, then lift, then EAAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i know this may sound wierd but im looking forward to mom's baked ziti tomorrow..yes im ITALIAN if you couldnt figure it out after reading this lol..

Im doing some speed box squats speed deads some upper back/ab work then strapping on the feedbag :)
