It came to my attention today that a lot of us are after the same goal. The ultimate body. So let's set little daily goals to help us get there. Today I am going to drink a gallon of water before leaving for work. The gallon is on my desk. It's 12:00 and it's halfway gone. I also remembered to put on my Yohimburn. Hitting the gym in about 2 minutes for my mid afternoon cardio session. Then the gym again tonight, for some Shoulders and Abs. I am a firm believer that baby steps will get us to where we want to be. So post up! Let's support eachother.
2- eat 5 small meals keeping at or below 1200 Cal- in process
3- drink 2 gallons of water- in process
4- Convince on or more of the following EF ladies;Flexygirl, MrsPuddles, Bronzed Goddess, Frisco, Neverbuffenuff or Velvett that sexercising is the best form of cardio, and that I should be their workout partner for said sexercise!- not going well at the moment
