I got my lazy ass up and to the gym @ 6:30 a.m. I feel great now I got the whole night ahead of me to do as I please! :qt:
 
I go M-F at 5 am. When I get to work at 8:30 I am completely full of energy. Around 3-4 I get a bit tired, but that comes with the territory and then, as you said, I have all night to do whatever I like. The only downside is going to bed at like 9:30.

I remember those days. I would get up to nurse my baby for her 5AM feeding, eat my own breakfast while she ate hers, change her diaper, put her back to bed then head out to the gym... return in time for her next feeding.

She was not my first.... but my last (there were a few rugrats in between LOL).

There is no goal that you can not attain if you want it badly enough.

I'll give you the skinny on that info you asked me for. But there is no magic bullet as you already know. My knowledge is extremely basic, but I'll be happy to pass it on as soon as I can pull my head out of my bootay. ;)

Feels good eh QT, I do cardio 4 days a week at 6:30AM then I lift at 5:00 PM.

The cardio in the AM really gets the heart going, even a little heart like mine ;)

The only cardio that interests me requires two.... and I am down one. :(
