GNC mens multi vitamin

just wondering who takes gncs multivitamin

it says to take 2 day...do you take them both at once? or split it up?

When taking a multi vitamin I just take the dose at once, this is preety much how most people I know take them.

Being the smaller guy that I am, I take just 1 Mega Man, once a day and it seems to do the trick for me. If I dont take it w/ a meal I feel a little naucious.

Is it just me or do GNC's Mega Man vita's smell/taste like choco Malt?

i have used gnc megemen multi vitamins for a few months and i dont really notice dfference between taking 2 in the morning, or 1 in morning 1 mid afternoon. I take the 2nd mid afternoon now anyways cause that is when i take my 2nd ECA and omega 3-6-9

They say you should take one twice a day but Most people just take 2 at once. Thats how I do it.

but i believe it is best to take one in morning and one in evening, that way after you piss out the unused nutrients you replenish your body with em

I take 2 around noon, and it seems to work well for me.
