what are your opinions on this vitamin? is it something i should definitely get? also, on the bottle almost all the vitamins and minerals on the nutrition facts are like 200% and up. does this mean taking one would still be okay (the box says 2). or do you guys recommend taking 2. thanks.

GNC Megaman is a nice time-released multi-vitamin. Don't worry about the overall percentages as most good athletic vitamins are geared towards an active lifestyle. Take two vitamins daily, once with breakfast and one in the pm with dinner or around 8-12 hours after your first dose (with a meal)

Other good choices of multi-vitamins include:

* AST
* Beverly International
* Optimum Nutrition

Go this week to GNC and you can get the vitamins like 20% cheaper because it's the begining of the month. you can find cheap vitamins anywhere, such as bodybuilding.com/store. i recently bought the optimum nutrition multi-vitamins and got fish oil pills for free, i didn't know i would. and they have superfast shipping man.

I find mega-men to be a satisfactory multi-vitamin. I wouldn't say it was great, and definately not a dud.

However, like most of GNC's stuff it IS overpriced unless it's on sale.

How big is the difference between GNC Teen Mega Teen and GNC Men's Mega Men? I'm 19... Also, is it fine to take a daily multivitamin like this with daily supplements? Like Whey Protein and L-Glutamine.

I agree...I try to stay away from GNC's stuff unless I have to buy it. Otherwise, you can almost always find a better, cheaper alternative. I prefer Ultra Vita-Min from Vitamin World.

Like Glutamine. Is that to many minerals/vitamins to be consuming, having 2 Mega vitamins daily along with your supplement stack...?
