The mega men sport is exactly the same but it has the BCAA's in it...But it is missing the vegetable part that the regular mega men has in it. I would just go with the regular mega men, one in the AM with breakfast and one with dinner.......And supplement your BCAA's some other way, because in the Mega Men Sport there is hardly any in there to begin with. If you already bought the Sport, use it up and then go back to the regular one.
