With SD? I had great results. Dropped about 3% bf and gained a solid 5 pounds of lean mass. Could have gotten more but didn't really run on too high of a calorie surplus.

To be honest I don't remember exactly but very little over maintenance because it was spring going into summer at the time. You'll get better results than I did if you all out bulk. Just eat clean and train hard and let the SD go to work.
