Hi guys,
On ocassion when I have not eaten enough carbs before my workout I take a Glycocarb drink during the workout. It gives me the energy (insulin rush) for heavy/intyense workouts.
My concern is that I am hindering the fat burning process with the increased insulin from the drink and that way not burning off as much as without it.
Is this true and how should I balance the sugar/insulin rush with fat burning? Is the carb drink a NO NO if wanting to burn fat during workouts??
