glutes abused need more sites..

i remember seeing a guy on this site that had black circling around injection sites..quads,delts..anybody know where?it's hard for me to tell when the chart is a ripped up dude with no skin with a dot on it.my glutes had it, need to move up..one more thing can i use 22and or 23 gauge for quad and delts..thanks

thanks roid dog, thats exactly what i was looking for..

it doesnt mention about needle sizes at each site..i know you wont go as deep but can i use 22 and or 23 guage for each site also..

For quads & Glutes, you should be OK with both. Delts too. For any other injections(which I dont personally recommend, but some guys do them), like Bi's, and Tri's, or calves, I'd go with 25 or 27 guage depending on the product being injected. Again though, I dont agree with, or adivise anyone to, inject in these sites. Stick with the glutes, quads, & delts IMO & switch from left to right(obviously).
