Glutamine

If you use glutamine, what differences have you noticed physically? Right now, after studying it, I am still not sure if it's necessary in my training regimen. I am currently on tren/test. I supplement with a 1 a day vitamin, ALA with meals and a thermogenic prior to working out. Of course, protein shakes are used to supplement meals. I am currently on a quest to drop about 20 pounds.

I notice better recovery time and improved immune system.

i use glutamine when im off cycle. it helps me recover faster. i use it post w/o and before i sleap 2 times per day. (3 doses per day total)

I don't respond to glutamine. I tried it for 2 months a while ago to help with recovery. I would take it post workout and at bedtime. I didn't notice any reduced recovery time. However, some people swear by it.

Why did you want to add it? If your on tren/test I doubt you would see any difference in recovery time.

I take 20 - 30g of glutamine a day, about 15 - 20g BCAAs, and 5 - 10g creatine.
Hard to say how much glutamine alone is helping, but my recovery is great right now.

Oh! I will be cutting weight, therefore calories. Soon enough I will add T3 to the mix. I want the glutamine to preserve hard earned muscle mass. What brand of glutamine did you use?
