A buddy of mine told me it's not good to take your glutamine and creatine all in one shake. He didn't tell me where you heard this so i figured I would ask yall. From what I've read that your supposed to take your glutamine immediatly after a workout, and I've also read that you should take your creatine immediatly after a workout. But never said take them at the same time. I'm just a little confused on this subject. Some one please tell me what you think, k's will be dished out. Thanks bros.

Well, some creatine supplements have L-Glutamine mixed in, some don't. Also, you are supposed to intake protein immediatly after workout also, and a lot of protein powders also have L-Glutamine in them. I don't beleive it matters bro, just as long as you get it all down in time.

take creatine in the morning and after training, protein basically the same way.

i mix them in the same drink.

The same cell that absorb glutamine , absorb creatine. Since glutamine won't make it to those cells anyway orally, it doesn't matter.

Doesnt make it at all or just inneficient absorption? How do you get your glutamine?

L-glutamine won't make it to your blood stream

1. the amino acid is denatured by stomach acid
2. What passes through the stomach is absorbed by the cells of the small intestines

All of the studies I have read indicate that it is only helpful taken through an IV

You need glutamin e peptides or glutamine ethyl ester
