Creatine is for strength gains and glutamine allegedly helps to spare muscle mass and pump up immune function. I take glutamine when dieting, but I don't really have a good litmus test for whether it is "working". I just know I havent gotten sick in a long time and I'm keeping muscle mass, but that's to do with a proper diet and exercise regimen as well. Creatine didn't do anything for me. Not useful for dieting/fat loss.
