GLUTAMINE and AS

I have been adding Glutamine at about 10g 3/day. I add a heaping tablespoon to the morning protein shake and to the post workout protein shake also take a tablespoon of it before I work out. I just use to take it before I work out and then right before I went to sleep, but that was a teaspoon, I now take a tablespoon and take it more often it seems to help me preserve more muscle mass while I am trying to lean up.
