just a hint for anyone who wants a way to spike their insulin... glucose tablets, the kind that diabetics use in emergencies. You can buy them ANYWHERE... less than five bucks for at least a months supply of em'. the have a Gl of 150, contain glucose (no shit, maltodextrin, and other great insulin boosters... and they're CHEAP

they are expensive compared to buying pure dextrose, which you can get for 2 bucks for a 2lb. bag.

Yeah I always thought about using them in a carb-up situation day. I might get a few bottles and that way Ill be able to just eat them throughout the day on my carb-up days...
