I've heard good things about it for the joints - just curious if the sulfate or the HCL is the one to go with - what is the difference? they seem to be about the same price at kilosports.com
Go for the sulfate should be a little cheaper, only difference is the HCL is sodium free, get some chondroitin too make sure to take at least 1500mg of gluc. and 1200 of chond. a day.
