Does this make anyone tired as hell? I switch to 300mg of ALA before my first meal today and don't feel tired at all...usually, I'm exhausted and I think it's because of the Gluc + insulin response.......anyone?
I have not seen a problem with being lethargic on Glucorell...The only thing I can think of is the high carb intake you might be getting while on this...good luck
