Some of you have emailed me asking for an update on powerlifter/WWE wrestler Glen Chabot. Just got off the phone with him. Yet another torn pec (while trying to bench 725 raw) and an ankle injury (while coming down from the ropes in WWE training) will be keeping him out of the Arnold Bench competition this year as well as delay his WWE debut as the House of Pain. He's down from 320 to a lean and mean 280 (8% body fat he says) but still has his sights set on a 715 best ever raw bench press in competition.

Thanks for the update.

That really sucks though, but i guess when you are using that much weight an injery every now and then is unavoidable.

Anyway you could post anything specific about how he trains?
all i've been able to find out is that he flat benchs once a month and does alot of inclines and close grips, or has that even changed?
