Give me a workout...

Ok I need somebody to give me a good workout 5 days at the most no less then 3. Looking to put on some more size and strength. I usually go to the gym and do my own thing but I need something to go off of. 10k Karma for whoever comes up with the best one. Yes I know I am lazy...

Why do you want to switch things up? Are you legitimately plateaued or just A.D.D.?

I understand getting bored, but if you're still making gains, I would just make a few tweaks and adjustments rather than something totally new.....and again, it all comes down to what your goals are.

Well you know its the same ol' same ol' every week. I guess I don't really need to as I still make gains, there just not as pronounced as they used to be-- I'll just eat more :evil: .

I love it when that happens. Some guy posts a detailed question and gets a bunch of detailed responses, then edits his original post to something like "thanks" or "forget it", rendering the entire thread useless for reference because there's no context for understanding the replies. :rolleyes:
 
u should BROWSE around before u ask questions. i mean, we (not me) work hard to put all the good info up for you newbs.

ask only if ur confused, or run out of all possiblities.

but i suppose not knowing how to browse is fine.

Except none of the responses pertain to the post I edited jackass...Your the one who writes some dumb ass shit response to me trying to end the dumb thread I created. If you don't have any help to offer just fuck off. If I could have deleted the thread I would have...

I only have this to add, if you feel a routine isn't working anymore, trying eating more first. I only say this because a few years back I was making good gains but then the gains slowed and I started trying other routines. Before long I got into this groove of trying to find the 'ultimate' routine. Ignoring what got me to where I was in the first place. I wish I would have just stuck to the basic program I was using and just increased calories, deloaded a bit or just took a nice long break. I wasted so much damn time. Change can seem good for the mind, but continued progress over the long haul is good for the mind too lol. Squats, rows, deads again and again may get boring after a while but it's better than wasting time on something that might not give the same results.

I think everyone wanted the original thread kept as is so that everyone could learn from it. Plus it cuts down on other new threads popping up asking the same stuff.
