Girlfriend looking into steroids

My girlfriend is looking to lose 10-15lbs. She works out a great deal but is having trouble losing weight. I can't do a good search because I am not a platinum member. What is a good short cycle she could take that would help her to cut down in weight. Thanks

seriously I had a former anorexic girlfriend who really wasn't looking to put on weight. she started 5 mg of anavar a day and put on about 10 pounds of muscle in a month. she looked awesome. my point is that steroids put weight on . if she just wants to lose fat, then diet down.
 
HGH, Armour thyroid and a high protein, low carb, moderate fat diet. I have a number of women following this regimen and they have a great deal of success losing fat and recomposing the body.
 
Diet, Diet and Diet - high protein, moderate fat - low carb.
If you want pills - you can try an ECA stack or try one of T-Rex from anafit - my gf is about to try it, but tons of people love this stuff.

one thing though - if she likes any ECA stacks, make sure she gets off it in 6-8 weeks and keeps her diet tight. Some people get E based rebounds.

Steriods are not the best option for females just looking to lose BF. The possible side effects can outweigh the possible benefits. No AS will help her lose BF without a good diet and training schedule.

Also, remember that almost ALL steroids affect women differently than men. For exmple, Winny is often used as a cutting drug for men. But Winny tends to majorly bloat most women. So please don't go off half-cocked and make up a stack for her without REALLY researching the pros and cons.

Losing 10-15 lbs of fat can easily be done with a C L E A N diet and a S M A R T workout program. What is her diet and workout schedule now? Chances are she is over-working out and under-eating (like the vast majority of females at the gym). Is she a cardio bunny? Does she lift at ALL? How long has she been working out? How old is she?

Have her post on the women's board. List her stats, her workout history, her current workout, and a sample day of eating - she'll get a lot of help there. But need DETAILS!

As a fat-burner, T-Rex is really great. I would get some of that for her. Either that or make your own E/C stack.
 
I'll add to the suggestion box for T-Rex... great stuff.

Make sure she takes it on a FULL stomach, at least at the beginning... if it'll send me for a loop at 6'3", 285lbs when I pop on an empty gut, she'd probably be floored.

If you've dieted hard & done cardio & trained consistently and you simply can't lose bodyfat, make sure you get your bloodwork done and your levels checked. You may have low test. If your test is low, this task will be difficult, no matter what you do.
 
why don't you just have sex more right before you go to sleep...burn off those excess calories...make sure not to eat anything afterwards so you keep burning in your sleep! :D
 
My fiance was at a sticking point for cutting down & her diet was good. I got her to stop doing so much cardio & intensify her workouts. She reduced it from 30-45min 4x a week to 15 min post workout 3x a week & started following my same rotation. Her body is now changing dramaticly. Her weight is about the same but her clothes are fitting different & her muscles have hardened & become toned. Her only problem was too much cardio. Most women seem to think that's always the answer, do more cardio & eat less, as Daisy Girl said.

A thermogenic along with proper diet - just make her eat clean like you do. Few and low GC carbs, very limited fats. Boosting metabolism with lifting, too.

I still truly believe that without clean eating and good training program, all these drugs being thrown around won't give the results the girl is looking for.
 
yeah some clen and maybe some cytomel can do the trick, not over doing cuz as we all know they can mess up your thyroids so give her some clens and cytomel cycle, u need cycle for this let me know. also remember she will loose a bit of muslce from this, but that happens to only a few peepz, i kept my gains when i did it

Thank you for all the generous input guys. We do have too much sex I think. Although I'm trying to just maintain weight for my hockey season, so I can't have too much sex. She only eats maybe a sandwich a day or alittle more, so I can't starve her. She's a cheerleader at my school so she does some cardio, but could definately use more. Whats is this T-rex stuff...is it a steroid, and where can I get this for a good price. I don't feel like looking at the womens board, cause I figured you guys have done the same thing with your girlfriends before. Thanks again for the help, I'll have to let you guys know how it all worked out.
