Girl at my office is really BIG....

She is really big.. about 3 bills or so. I want to help her loose weight, but I am not sure how to go about it. I was wondering if T3 would be safe for someone this size?? My buddy just lost 55lbs on T3 with a strict diet.

What do you guys think? Should I recommend it to her?
 
It's not a bad idea, however, if she is unwilling to change her lifestyle (ie eating habits), I'm not sure how effective the T3 will be. I've lost about 12 lbs on it, but it only started working when I watched my diet and upped my cardio.

That's cool that you want to help this person out!
 
Anyone can lose weight with a strict diet. I would get her to change her eating habits before she tries anything like T3.
 
Definitely change to a "clean diet" first and a weight-resistence/aerobic oriented workout. Then stuff like T3/ECA stacks will do wonders..gotta get the bad habits changed first. Achieve first, cheat second.

Help her with her diet but I wouldnt have her use any type of fat burner and definetly not T-3. You have no idea how it will effect her, if she has medical problems. You can wind up in some serious shit. Help her with the diet and some simple exercises, start her off slow. I give you alot of credit for helping her and I hope it all works out just becareful what you tell people to use. Dont want to hurt them.

I would not use T-3 bro. That stuff if for professionals. If you don't know what you are doing, T-3 can really damage you. You ultimately could be held responsible if you recommend T-3 and something bad happens to the girl. Just get her on a workout routine and tell her to watch what she eats. That is nice of you to help her out.
 
I agree with Gullie- you've got to get her moving and eating right before you ever start her on something like T-3 or even fat burners. Has she ever had her thyroid checked? Does her family have a history of obesity? Does she have any medical conditions or injuries that would prevent her from doing any certain types of excercises (shoulder or knee problems?)

She definately needs to start slow, especially at that weight. Also, you could get her on the woman's board. The girls over there are so nice - they helped me out alot!! I know I read a few posts from girls that started at her size and have lost a lot of weight (excellent motivation for her to read stuff like that - lets her know it can be done) and also from girls that are just starting out with the weight loss thing. They've given sample diets and workouts for them too. Might help. Good for you and her!!!
 
The most important thing for someone that size is self-confidence. once she starts a good diet plan having people notice changes and offer compliments will be all she'll need to keep going. It may take a while before a considerable difference is noticed so be sure to offer her compliments regardless. Good luck
 
Any program or eating change will help her lose weight fast.... Don't result to the T3 until she has come to a plataeu (about 150lbs from now) Making small changes in her diet, and beginning an exercise program will help her long term health, while the T3 will only give her a quick fix.... do it the hard way, and it will stay off.... She'll probably also feel much better about herself...

IMO have her see a doc first to make sure she does not have any abnormal medical issues (ie., thyroid prob, sleep apnea etc) she should start out on her own, changing eating habits and having her walk everyday for starters. once the foundation is established, adding the supplements should add more bang to the diet. after the first month or so, then add the T3. but she has to get off her ass and move.

i gained 80lbs, in 2 yrs from sleep apnea. i was not aware of this condition. i thought my metabolism slowed tremendously, b/c i always worked out.

Rottigirl, from Stacks and weights has a mild T3 5wk cycle posted over there. good luck to her b/c she will be at it for about 1yr easy.

Clenbuterol/Cytomel





Clenbuterol is on a somewhat separate cycle than Cytomel. Clen is taken two WEEKS on and two WEEKS off. Start with one tab twice/day and increase by either a 1/2 or a full tab every 3-4 days until the end of the two weeks. You don't have to taper down off of Clenbuterol. Don't go over 140 mcgs/day of Clenbuterol--the body does not respond to any more than 140 mcgs. During the two weeks off Clenbuterol, I always use an ECA stack to stay "up" and keep from crashing from coming off the Clenbuterol. I alternate the Clenbuterol 2 weeks on with the ECA 2 weeks on for a total of 10 weeks.

The Cytomel is on its own separate 5 week cycle. I start the first 2 weeks of Clenbuterol and the first of 5 weeks of Cytomel at the same time. Be careful with the Cytomel! You're first time using Cytomel, you might start with a 1/2 tab twice/day and increase by a 1/2 tab every 4-5 days until the mid-point (2.5 weeks into the cycle) when you will begin to decrease by a 1/2 tab every 4-5 days until the end of the 5 weeks. Don't go over 100 mcgs per day! And don't take for more than 5 weeks! AND be certain to pyramid up and taper off SLOWLY!!! You are messing with your thyroid while on Cytomel so use it carefully!

Once you're off the Cytomel, you'll still have 5 more weeks of Clenbuterol and ECA. I've gotten EXCELLENT results with this BUT I use it carefully and cautiously. Hope this helps.
 
First get her to cut down to 2 bags of Oreos a day.
Get her on a good diet plan, some aerobic type exercise and then after she sheds a some weight and inches that way, look at a supplementation. I wouldn't go with T3, at least not right off. I'd look into something more along the lines of E/C/A.

Give her lots of encouragement. You wanting to help her out is pretty cool of you bro. You get Karma.
 
Help her with diet and talk her into joining a gym. If she's that big t3 or even eca could cause a heart attack.
 
Dont give her any T-3. I know soemone who tried to do that as a favor to a fat bitch at work. She was always bitching and moaning about being Fat and he got sick of it. She asked about weight loss stuff and he suggested T-3. She said she wanted some soem he got it for her to shut her fat ass up. Well she took one half tab and felt funny, like her heart was pounding fast and stuff. She went to human resources and ratted on the guy. He denied it but then said, " that energy you had, was your metabolism speeding up, but I guess you wouldnt know what that is cause the most exercise you get is to go getsome hoe-hoe-s or wipe your fat-ass." He didnt get fired and ended up getting her fired about a month later for making sexual comments to him.

The moral of thje stoy is- Dont give fat bitches anything but a mouth full of nut.

I think that you should give her a placebo like vitamin C and tell her that it is T3. But it wont work without being on a very strict diet. I guarantee she will lose weight because its mostly physcological.
Later, when she has lost 150 or so, give her the real goods. This way you know that you are not gonna kill her. Just make sure she gets her thyroids checked before she start the real stuff.
