okay to make things short,Ginger it its Raw form,like you know when you goto get sushi they give you ginger,after experimenting with GINGER ROOT pills and Ginger in its Raw/Purest Form.........Both are good,definately noticed less bloating when eating a high protein meal,better absorption but also the Ginger in its Raw/Pure form was good also because u can extract it yourself,whaeva and eat it with your meals,meaning takin a few bites of your chicken,take some ginger eat some more chicken,more ginger.........
