okay to make things short,Ginger it its Raw form,like you know when you goto get sushi they give you ginger,after experimenting with GINGER ROOT pills and Ginger in its Raw/Purest Form.........Both are good,definately noticed less bloating when eating a high protein meal,better absorption but also the Ginger in its Raw/Pure form was good also because u can extract it yourself,whaeva and eat it with your meals,meaning takin a few bites of your chicken,take some ginger eat some more chicken,more ginger.........

Was remarkable:) better than the PILLS itself,just my thoughs.........SAVE MONEY :/

pills are not always better !
(vitamins from fruit/veg are better than synthetic vitamins)

as for ginger you will just have to eat large amount of raw ginger root to take the same amounts as those from pills
 
Ginger helps you to absorb more of the protein you eat. Most weight lifters eat high protein meals but depending on each person you only digest so much at one time. Ginger helps to absorb more of what would be normally be lost. Also helps you from being bloated like said above.
 
The ginger you can buy in any grocery store,but i dont know how they make the GINGER PINK and stuff like in the sushi place,i guess cutt it into thin slices and boil it? but anyway the GINGER RAW from the fruit itself or the PILLS are just fine..........i Believe if both combined before a meal is good also,because the capsules take time to break down as the GIGNER RAW itself its already there and might take less time to break

and i believe Anthrax mentioned before yogurt,i think he is right about that because my father started eating yogurt 2x a day and i noticed he runs to the bathroom alot,cause before he was mostly constipated hhahahaha
