Bodybuilding aspects of G...can anyone tell me where i can get more info on GHB as a bodybuilding enhancer. Also, what would an experienced G'er suggest for a 180lb, 6ft 19y/o on doses, frequency, etc. if decided to take G?

ghb was sold as a body building sup. it was said to increase your natural gh levels. but the increase is so slight, it really has no advantages.

some bro's have trouble sleeping while cycleing. G is good for getting to sleep. that would be what 90% of the guy/gals use it for as far as a BB supplement. however, most party with it. . it's really good for that

as for how much, everybody is different. i weigh about 225lbs and a tsp knocks me out. (powerder ghb). it's best to start with a small amount and work your way up until you find the correct amount for you.

take a cap from a 2 liter bottle and take 2 of those. if its good, you should feel it.....if you dont, do not take more for like an hour so you dont fall asleep. and of course you shouldnt mix with booze....to find general info start with like erowid.org or something like that.

Makes sure and ask which kind of G it is? Sodium based or chemical. Chemical is ALOT stronger. And ask what the mixer ratio is also. You want 3:1 or 4:1 No more than that though or they're trying to rip people off. And never take a pure cap of chemical thats not mixed. I did G probably 10 times and they were all mixed. Then my dealer sold me some PURE chemical and told me thats its pure not mixed. And i figured it was just a dealer throwing a sales pitch. I figured well if i just don't mix it with alcohal then i'll be alright. And 2 hours later i woke up in ER. ITs sucked becausee then my parents new,ect. And its doubtful that you'll find GHB. But you'll find GBL everywhere.

BigRed, bro, you are wrong, anywhere you can find GBL you can easily find GHB. Since GHB is easier to make money on and can EASILY be made with GBL it is quite more common that pure GBL. and chemical g is nothing but furenol, that shit is horrible. A lot of people mistake chemical G for what is actually Potassium base G, or K-GBH. I suggest anyone that wants real GHB and doesnt' know anyone they trust to purchase from to make it themselves, its quite easy and very cheap to make.

G is sodium or potassium based. i think what you are referring to as "chemical" is furanone or butanediol, or ghb precursors. i DEFINITLY prefer sodium.
