GHB for muscle growth

Its proven that ghb indices stage 4 rem sleep which makes muscles grow. I used to make ghb from GBL that used to be easy to get from the UK. Has anyone had any success in receiving GBL through the mail from the UK recently. There are many websites offering GBL and they are simple to find but with so many sites I just don't want to get burned.
