GHB and Melatonin OK Together?

Having trouble sleeping.

Trying some GHB lately, and it makes me feel great, but the sleep only lasts about 6 hours - then I wake up and can't go back to sleep. So, now I feel chronically sleep deprived like before. Arrgh!

I was thinking maybe doing some G with melatonin would keep me asleep for longer.

I'm a little concerned, though - G is so easy to OD on - espeically if you mix with alchohol etc.

Anyone tried this mix?

I've never tried it. But I would have to think that the rush of serotonin would have to be more powerful than a few pills of melatonin. I'd think you'd wake up regardless if you took the melatonin or not. But I could be wrong...
 
You must mean the rush of dopamine after the G wears off? That's what makes you wake up from what I understand.

Seratonin makes you sleep, bro.
 
If you are having trouble sleeping, see if you can get your hands on some ambien (prescription). Best sleep I have had by far.

LOL. That's what I meant. The little serotonin that the melatonin will produce won't overpower the dopamine that the G will produce...
 
Last night I tried just some melatonin with some ZMA and I slept pretty well through the night. It was hard falling asleep at the beginning, but it was solid once I finally dozed and I didn't wake up 5 hours later like with the G.

I feel wiped out today, though... I'm going to try same thing again tonight - maybe two solid nights of sleep will put me back on track...

Argh.

Any other ideas? Something I can combine with the G to keep me asleep longer? Maybe a smaller dose of G combined with melatonin?
 
that would work except it puts me out for about 5 hours... that's more sleep than I have time for unfortunately - also I heard two doses a day is the path to serious addiction - is that true?

What about 5-htp and G together?
 
Most of the studies do not show melatonin to maintain sleep, but only to initiate sleep. Unlike benzo's which will knock you out and keep you out, melatonin seems to just aid one into sleep, but you are not sedated.

Good standardized extracts of valerian and passionflower, along with Kava and melatonin should help you sleep. Or just Xanax.

As for my choice, it doesn't matter. When you are narcoleptic, drugs don't have time to kick in before you are asleep. I've passed out on ephedrine and a pot of coffee.
