i got some gh but so many different theorys i dnt know how to take it thought 6ius on training days as would b cost effective
or borresens way on 30 day clcle take 8ius day 11 12 13 14 then same days 21 to 24 4 day blasts as he says the muscle building stops and it goes to fat burning after 4days opinions please
