GH -vs- IGF1

I have been out of the gym now for a few years and I recently got back in and I am ready to get back on.

I have test, winny, and eq on hand, but I wanted to find out what has been the word over the last few years on which one is better for leaning, fat burning etc.

I have to much mass right now (6' 3" 265) I am doing cardio, and riding the mountain bike, but I want that edge.

I have the T3, and some clen as well, but I wanted to know which would you do.

6-8 months of GH at 3-4ius ED, or 4 to 5 runs of IGF1 at 40-60mcg ED 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

I am strictly looking for body fat reduction and, well and what ever muscle growth that goes with that as well

Which way should I go??

personally i'd prob go with the igf and save the cash from the gh and use it for some aas......from what i've heard gh is great in doses of 5-8 iu's daily but over a LONG period of time which is expensive.......a light prop/t3/igf/proviron cycle will do everything your looking for with minimal suppression after a good pct
 
well here is what id do some stuff im gonna write im sure you well know but this is how i would go about it to get to where i want quick

a) cut out all soda and stick to water/crystal light

b) eating clean as much as possible

c) cardio on emty stomach like in the am when you wake up

d) natrual diuretic like xpel 4 a day 2 in am 2 in pm

e) gh id start with 2iu a day and stick to that for a month and work my way up

f) 25mg of t3 a day for 4 weeks guess you can up it a bit as the weeks go on but not too much

g) igf 30mcg a day for the first 4 week round

h) when you train try to not wait to much between sets it def helps burn more fat

i) get some digestive enzymes to take with each meal

j) If you do winny id do it 50mg EOD

k) avoid all tests for now first get some of your weight loss goals settled

im sure other can add more tips for rapid weight loss as the summer is around the corner

i cant even begin to describe the fat loss properties igf has. i was bulking, eating a fair share of not clean food, and tons of carbs to keep my blood sugar up (ran way too much igf the first time around) and i still got lean enough to see my top 4 abs. i love this stuff.
 
From what I've read if you've got the money it's good to do both GH and IGF they work synergetically together
 
Don’t even think about wasting you money on growth, IGF,

wait until your bf % is lower,

Do the

Test
Winny
Eq- you know this will make you hungry as a bear, so you may want to do something else, like deca or primo.


And then if you want that edge,

Tren


Diet and Cardio,,

Primo and Tren uses to be great for dieting.

I actually don't think they're synergistic...they're not even additive, from what the reasearh says...
 
HGH gave a stronger result, but way more side effects for me. Igf-1 made me feel great to the point I never want to come off.
 
Do both although IGF may prove risky cancer-wise (who knows...). GH is definitely safer, but IGF very effective and you don't need to use much of it at all.

GH in morning with breakfast (after cardio if doing AM cardio). 2IU is all you need. 4IU as an absolute maximum (otherwise don't complain if your gut grows). Shoot IM in order to avoid welts. 5-7 days a week, no need to cycle.

IGF post-workout. Inject IM (one shot anywhere) as it is not site specific. 10mcg is all you need, 20mcg as an absolute maximum (in order to avoid receptor burnout). 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Run with gear for best results.

If using slin use in a separate syringe with both GH and IGF (can use a low dose of that as well 4IU is enough, 10IU max).

Palumbo as well as a few of the other contest prep gurus have all dropped way down on IGF dosing. I know of one that I respect still calling for 40mcg, but he is by far the highest. As long as your IGF is good it doesn't take much.

As for it being site specific that debate has long been over as far as I know. Believe what you will...

everyopne who knows ttheir shit will tell you 30mcg max, those who read and repeat forum yappers will tell you 60-120

id trust the guys who do this for a living train and prep guys
