I suppose I should clear this up a bit. I am NOT new to taking Gh, however, I am always curious as to what those in the know are doing. Personally, I would like to take it everyday in ingodly amounts, but just don't have the fundage to do so. To combat this, I try to take as much as I can on training days in an attempt to at least optimize that day's training efforts.
I used gh once and had great results, but I won't do it again because it cost so damn much. What I did was take 14iu a day for 4 days, then 150mg or prop a day for 10 days ( site injected in bi's tri's delt's pec's and then again in bi's ). Then I repeated it. I got this cycle from the late Paul Borenson ( not personally from him, but from something he wrote ). I gained 26 pounds and kept 22.
