GH reconstitution question

When i added the BAC water to the vial it shot out all at once into the GH powder at the bottom. Will that damage the GH since i heard it has to be added real slowly?

You should hold the bottle upside down when adding BAC water to GH. Slowly release the syringe if it is vacuum sealed, if it is sealed with nitrogen slowly push the plunger in so that all the water stays at the bottom and the powder disc remains at the top. Once all the water is out of the barrel(in the vial) turn the vial normal side up and slowly swirl the vial until all the GH desolves.
This is the best way to do it. Yes haveing the water spray the GH forcefully will breakdown the chain...

no if its not cloudy its probably not completely wasted. In my opinion I would still us it just use 4IUs insead of 2IU or basically double it...
