GH reconsitution question

Hey hows it going guys. Just got my GH and mixed it for the first time with BAc water, i noticed on the guide it said dont let rush out and slowly angle the bac water in there, i wasnt holding the back of the needle and it just absorbed everything in there right away,

Do you think that vial is still good or i should move on to the next one?

I'm sure its fine. Donot waste it..use that. Just be more careful next time.

Yeah Ill do it slower next time and hold on to the back, i just poked it in and it all extracted in 1 second, i i hope its not waisted because mine come 20 IU per vial :-(

I only have 4iu vials, but there is about a 2.5 ml vacuum in there. I add 2 mls of air to the vial before I add the water. Even if you hold the back of the syringe, the vacuum will still suck the water in too quickly unless you equalize it first.

The foaming which is caused by squirting water onto the powder too quickly doesn't destroy the hormone. All it does is waste GH because you can't suck up the foam and inject it. Leaving it overnight and then gently swirling the vial to reabsorb the bubbles or residue left on the vial from the bubbles should help. If you use more water to reconstitute the powder, you'll end up wasting less GH as it will be less concentrated.
