I was in your situation a couple of years ago. No I was worse. I was about 240+. Then I droped down to 192 doing cardio extensive diet check and w/o with trainer. I was getting stronger just not big. I went to see a dr. my test was messed up. Anyways this is getting too long. Yes Gh is awesome if you are over 35 and even better if you are over 45 and so on.
Depending on the GH you get you will probably just want to do a 2IU's per day dose and since money isn't an issue you might as well run 7 on 0 off. I am in my 40's and don't want to take the dietary pills because they make me too racy, edgy and I am stressed out enough.
Anyways do some reading on GH before taking it. I read alot of people saying it doesn't work worth a shit and then you ask some questions and they didn't do there homework. They either got ripped off in the buy. Mixed it wrong. Storred it wrong. You would be amazed. Source is more important than price...
