gh is great for longevity...but igf is faster acting...if you could afford to run gh at 5iu eod for like 6 months...i would say the results would be better there...but a couple mg of igf at 50mcg PWO for like 6 weeks would be good to..Keep reading brother you'll get it

You should do neither. GH and IGF are for people who want to compete, who are older and want to look and feel young, and those who have trained and maxed out their gains with AAS. Something tells me if you're using 500 mg of test to bulk up you don't need GH or IGF-1.
So your pre-contest cycle is 500 mg of test? Come on bro. I think we all know what's coming in 7.5 weeks. It's called spring break. Just stay on the test, keep your carbs moderate, and do cardio. You'll look good on the beach and you might even get laid.
I get better results off IGF-1 in one month, than I do with 6 months of GH. Did a 6 month cycle of GH and it was ok. Did a 4 week cycle of IGF-1 and was amazed how fast my body changed. IGF-1 is also cheaper, I think 20mcg ed is fine.

Whoa thats pretty impressive...for me 6 months of gh really helped my joint and I got a lot stronger cause my body was more adapted to dealing with all that I was throwing at it...WIth IGF...I did okay...nothing impressive though...
After tons of reading I would side with solid and 52 although I have no personal experiences with either. Just do some more reading before you dump money into something you don't need.
