GH- Inject muscle or fat?

Just got some Nutropin AQ, taking that with test for 6 months. I had a few question on subjects I have heard different answers on:

1. Injection spot- Intra-musclular or subcutaneous?
(muscle or stomach fat)

2. I am not interested in taking insulin. I have heard taking r ala (glucorell-R) or glucophase or ambien helps alot? Which do you recommend? Does anyone have any personal experience with ambien or glucophage or even r-ala?

Inject it sub-Q only.

RALA works well. I use 2 caps with every meal.
