Since gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - is structured similar to Prolactin. Does that mean that when someone takes GH. Their prolactin is going up as well?
I dont know lots about G.h, but if the above is true then you wouldnt get an increase in prolactin (if anything a feedback loop decrease - speculation) but you might get symptoms of elevated prolactin (puffy nips, lactation) - in fact I do know that GH has been studied as a lactation inducing agent in cows and humans with mixed results.
some attribute the water weight gain that commonly occurs on h-g-h to the prolactin effects...if you research some, you'll find they are closely linked in terms of their release mechanisms...
