OK guys need some opinions on this next cycle. Its my first one incorperating gh and insulin. Stats on me, been lifting 6 years, Im 22, 5'10" 200 15% bf. Previously done two ass cycles and was happy but not impressed so I decided to go for the gh. First objective is to cut bf before anything else.
Week 1-6 3 I.U. GH / day
Week 6-10 300mg/ wk EQ + 10 units insulin every workout day.
Week 10-14 layoff all accept creatine.
Week 14-16 3 I.U./ day gh + 10 units insulin every workout day.
Before I finish Ill let you know my goal is not the ultimate body. I play semi pro football and simply want to enhance performance and body comp ratio. My goal is to be at 215 7% bf. My workouts will be altered regularly obvoisly but will keep the same split for the entire time.
Day 1 Legs, Agility/Plyos.
Day 2 Shoulders,Chest, Sprints.
Day 3 Back, Agility/Plyos.
Day 4 Bis, Tris, Abs, Sprints.
Day 5 Off
Day 6 Off
Day 7 Start over with day one.
All suggestions are appreciated.
