gh and fatloss

hey guys I was wondering what is a decent dosage of GH per day just for fat loss. Currently I am doing 2IU a day been 5 weeks now and someone has told me to take some T3 since Gh shuts down your t3. I am on no gear what so ever. Just gh.ANy feedback would be awesome. thanks guys

I saw a recent post about this subject. And 2-3 iu is the way to go for dat loss.
A small dose of t3 is good,12,5mg ed or something. May I ask what your ressults have been so fa? Gh sounds very interesting.

2-4IU's in the AM or split 2IU's AM Subq and 2IU's PM Subq, don't eat for 30-60 min after shot, and in the pm dont eat for 1hr before minimum.
I would add Armour thyroid before t-3 any day of the week.

I started at 2iu 5 days a week...wasnt enough to see changes bumped it up to 4-5iu everyday and like that much better ...highly doubtfull that u will need t3 at such a low dose IMO...

I did 5IU's GH while on cycle but no T3 or other fat loss products. I didn't notice much fat loss, but then again, I just admitted I wasn't taking anything and I will also admit (out of guilt, lol) that I did very little cardio. (Unless you count strongman events, lol.)

T-3 isn't for fat loss when used with GH when your thyroid reduces its output. It needs to be supplemented.

google it. Or go to your dr and have your fsh tested. If you have been on GH for a month it will be low and you will get a script then it will cost $10/month.

I had read it downregulated thyroid hormones, but I didn't realize it was happening to me until I had only a month or so left.

Typically, cold weather will ramp up your thyroid hormones, but I was cold much more often than usual. Had some T-3 and felt normal.

You're totally right, I guess I was just looking at the fatloss side since that was what he mentioned. I would guess that taking it (even just to get back to normal thyroid levels) would improve fat loss over GH that hit your thyroid output.

Thanks!

What about the method of using GH only post workout 3 times per week at 10 ius? Does that still affect your thyroid to a great degree?

I actually looked around a bit and stumbled onto a study that was pretty close to what you are looking. (COMPLETE luck....)

Anyway, a 220 pound person (100kg), for example was given 3 injections per week of approximately 7 IU (MWF). They tested thyroid function and didn't note a significant decline over a 12-month period.

Here's the abstract - I double checked my conversions and they seem correct.

Recombinant human growth hormone treatment at low doses does not significantly change thyroid function in growth hormone deficient adults

I actually wondered that myself when I took GH. They didn't study if the frequency of injection was a factor, but it's possible. Obviously, GH clears quickly, but IGF and other factors take longer. But two days between may allow the thyroid to remain "online."

I would like to find a study that did the same thing but for daily injections... I did daily injections myself and felt as though my thyroid was slowing - but it was just anecdotal (no testing at all). I felt I was becoming a bit sluggish and was actually feeling cold in rooms with people in which I had previously felt warm. I took t4 toward the end (last month of 9).

It feels as though my thyroid has fully recovered and I haven't taken GH for over 6 months.

No you will have much less sides from 3 x week.
Carpl, bloat everything is greatly reduced. Except muscle gain.

Problem is we are all different. I know I need armour when on GH as my bloodtest tell me and that should be the reason for taking any t-3 or t-4 period!

Your friend is way off telling you need to add T3 to your Hgh...

You need to add T4, since your body will convert all it's T4 to T3 at a much higher rate when you go on Hgh... Leaving you with next to nothing T4 wise, while you are too high in T3, your body should have T3 and T4 in around 1:4 ratio... Some take Armour, just to be on safe side... But the best thing is actually to supplement with T4 only

Yeah. We are all different. Ideally you do your own research and check your reactions, etc. - just like you do. No study or other person's experiences will be alike, but you have to start with some information...

I mean even the title mentions the articles for deficient adults, etc., etc.

But I don't doubt what you're saying at all...
