Hi what is a good GH dose for fatloss is 2iu a day enough?
Can anyone describe there experiences with it?

I have a buddy who did it for awhile, he did 4iu a day, but i think he started at 2iu, he got really shredded on it, he didnt have any probs except occasional pain in the wrist. I have never personally tried it but i have heard alot of good things about it. I know you have to be on it for awhile before it will give full benifits

This is a myth. GH can be used in burst.

2ius- 4ius is good for fatloss..

but your diet and cardio has to be good?

how is your diet?

secondly the best time to take gh is at 8am and 2pm where cortisol levels are peaked...

if weight loss is your goal i would ad t-3 t-4 because g-h- can be supressive.

keep your carb meals as far away from injecting g-h.

The reason for running longer GH cycles is for the added benefits of possible anti-aging, skin thickening, increases in bone density, etc. I have read several studies by that states certain of the positive effects of GH don't visually show themselves for up to a year. As far as hyperplasia, fatloss, increases in energy, they can all come with shorter cycles.



Duration definately depends on your goals, but to say that running GH for less than 6 months is a waist, belongs to the land of fairy tales


. Certainly you may miss out on some of the anti-aging effects of GH by cutting it short, but this in no way makes short cycles of GH useless.
 
In my experience, it will take at least 5 months at 2IU to see any fat loss.

My wife ran it at 1.5IU for 4 months and it did wonders for her but for a 180lb male I would at least start at 3IU and work from there.
