I'm 28 years old 6' 178 pound with 12% body fat
I been working out on and off for about 8 years and never tried anything stronger than Creatine. My best weight ever was 185 pound.
I finally decided to go on my first cycle, i have started with 1ML of winny every other day and 400 Deca once per week. for the first week i gained 8 pounds, in the start of my second week i have started GH about 4 to 5 IU daily.
I have few questions:
1) how long should i stay on each supplement.
2) should i stack anything else with what i'm taking like tes or insuline
3) can i spot inject the growth
4) is the best time to take the growth before bed time
5) is GHB any good with the cycle or its too much stress on the liver
6)My diet should be high carb or high protien
7) how much weigh can expect to gain on my cycle and how much can i expect to keep.
I appreciat any expert advice too many people tell me too many things.
