GH: 40 weeks at 2 or 20 weeks at 4?

That is not to say i might not do the 4 for a thousand weeks... er.. well more than 20 anyway, but the general crux of the bisquit is that its better to go longer, lower dose, than shorter duration, higher dose....


My concern is this: this is COMPLETELY being used to give my 41 year old self that joy of faster joint/ligature recovery and accellerated fat loss and over all leanness... NOT as a mass monster expedition.

honestly id go with 20i.u a day for 6 months.. thats where REAL change happens..

at 10i.u, you will lean down VERY fast, and make solid gains at the gym (hgh bloat is favorable for strength)

at 4i.u you will lean down a LITTLE bit.. dont expect anything drastic.

2i.u... IMO a waste of money.

Info appreciated, mon. Above 4-8 sounds like carpal tunnel nightmare, no? been there, dont want to go back.
 
I have never done GH. But, from my research and the general consensus, 4iu's a day with a 5on/2 off split will likely get you what you desire. It's not enough to build gigantic mass but enough to lean you out some more and improve your well being. I'm assuming you have or will have 600 iu...If I'm counting on my fingers correctly. So this should last 30 weeks. It would work wonders if you use AAS with it.:Chef: :tuc:

actually, the current paper points toward EOD. No kidding, i have the links around for that research. Ulter and Benevolent Anarchist pointed that out.

I will prolly up to 4 starting tomorow. The, um, other needs are already rolling full steam.

I have been running it @ 3iu/day since april. And I have been quite pleased. I have had some small issues with carpel tunnel and have had to back it off a few times to get relief. I have personally found that higher doseages are a problem for me. The carpel tunnel and my forearms and hands falling asleep at night are too much for me to take. I would try 3iu for a while and go from there.

Ya, Jin here as well. You are running 3iu ED? no breaks like a 5/2 or EOD scheme?

Can you outline your gains/losses as attributed to the GH!?

Gains are tough to quantify but I seem to carry more weight better. My body just likes holding the weight more. My bf has stayed very low. During the summer getting VERY lean was not difficult...although now my bf has risen to 9% approx (abs, veins in shoulders, but lower back fat). I have not been doing cardio. Overall sense of well being, great skin, etc.

I initially started GH to help w/ a knee surgery recovery. I did it with eq and the comeback was phenominal. I have grown to really like it and since the price has come down so much will continue to do it for quite some time.

I feel like it has enhanced my genetics a little I guess is the botom line...if that makes sense

I run in 6 month cycles, 2iu will make a difference in leannes, 4iu will show it much quicker, and can start getting anabolic at that point, but dont expect to see much, especially if no gear is involved. Even at 4iu, carpal tunnell can be a bitch, I like to run 2iu/day for first month and get thru the water retention phase, then up it to 4iu for remaining 5 months, split into 2 doses per day. I have done much more, but yes, the pain can be down right intolerable at times. Anything above 4iu/day in my opinion is strictly for anabolic reasons, and HGH is no longer on my list of mass gaining meds.
