As the thread title says, she's decided to try GW501516.
What should she do for pct? It'll be 8 week most likely..
Same apply to women for this?
She eats pretty bad, I mean meager. Her metabolism could be totaly down the drain. GW helps out with this? It has some functions with the metabolism anyways, but thats just a bonus.
Her goals are better endurance, which GW will help out temporary with and in the long run she'll be healthier eventually.
Trains 3-5 times a week. Alot of these are strength/endurance group sessions, its helps her be more focused as she has no regimen of her own. She could some days do the chest/tri bi/back and stuff like I do, but she wants to drop a few pounds and dont seem to wanna go some heavier at the gym, tho she's strong anyways!
