Yeah, no sh*t! Well as long as he doesn't ask for a source. Anyway IGF-1 is a great drug, but it's not cheap. Around $500 for a month. Results happen much quicker than Gh and even faster than AAS. I'm using it now with great results...

Read the sticky at the top on the page. There's all the info you need brotha! About the internal organs....they can grow, but you'd have to take a lot for a long time to notice it.
