I have not read anything that talks about nolvadex helping with your cohlestrol levels. The only thing i have read has to due with estrogen. So why then do ppl recommend it for aas such as var which creates no estronen. It also says that it hurts the gains from aas so why then do ppl take it help keep their gains when fininshing an aas.

All test are on rats or post menapausal women, hopefully the results caryy over to aas using men and healthy women. Google "tamoxifen effects on blood lipids" for more studies

In my opinion nova got a rep for lowering gains because on drugs such as test it will reduce bloat and the total amount of weight you will gain. I have never experienced what I percieved as a reduction in strength gains. So, if there were infact any, they were not great enough to exclude the nolva from a cycle. I would galdly give up a 10lb increase in my bench in exchange for a more healthy lipid profile.

That's right bro. Nolva will keep your cholesterol levels good and it will NOT affect muscle gains at all. It will reduce water gains, but those aren't real anyway.
