Getting Stronger, Running Faster!?

I am a track and field athlete looking to get stronger and faster without gaining a massive amount of weight. I hear HGH combined with insulin or test gives good results. Does anyone know the safe dosage and what combination works best? I know trying not to put on bulk is the opposite of what you guys do, but any advise would be greatly recieved.

If you've never done AAS i wouldnt go starting with HGH, especially SLIN...you may want to look into anavar...
 
Slin will not help your running...Puts on a lot of bulk, not all muscle. definetely not what your lookign for..HGH will help you somewhat,however winny, var etc...would be righ tup your alley..if you choose to go with test, i would go with a fast ester, such as propinate or even suspension..Low to moderate doses, dont want to much muscle....Still winny is right up yoru alley, just ask Ben

well, I played college baseball, and was consistently the slowest position player on the team year after year (which doesnt go well with being a short middle infielder....wonder why I wasn't drafted?)

I am 34 now, and have done a few cycles.....but I recently did a tren only cycle because I didnt want to gain much weight, just strength. I really concentrated on legs throughout the cycle. I am the fastest player on my team now. I play with guys who had 20+ stolen base seasons in the minors, and beat'em all in the 40 (foot race, not timed) Everyone is asking what I did to all of a sudden become fast......all I can think of is the tren, working legs harder than ever and dropping some bf%. So long answer short, look at tren....not bad on the joints like winny, and you wont put on much weight, and youll maintain your gains. I will warn you though, if you run any kind of distances, you might have a cramping problem. Sprinting youll be fine though.
 
GH is a tad hardcore at this point of time .....

Ben johnson although pegged at the games for a positive winstrol was actually hardcore into GH at the time ....

I think there is a world of options open to you before the need to walk that path
 
Theres no way you want to do prop son, I mean, It'll help your power for sure, but not at the time you take it. I mean, It will in lifting but not running, you have to take prop, keep running and work on form, heavy lifting, and then once you get off of prop and get your test back, you'll see that your knee drive is better and your power is better. But when on, running will seem like a mother F'er
 
Just to confuse you even more, I'm going to recommend that you do a simple Deca cycle of 400mg for 8 weeks. I did it as one of my first cycles as I tried to get back into cometitive sport and was impressed with how rapidly I improved.
 
What ever you do decide to take just remember one thing. When you go NCAA and they test you, you WILL get caught.

so enjoy the gold medals while you can.
 
I would have thought deca since it seems to be the steroid of choice for sprinters that you hear about getting busted
